Eating Out – Airport Food

pita and hummus

The flight ended up being four hours late. The plane itself was three hours late and then once we boarded, there were issues on the tarmac and we hung out there on the plane for another period of time.

The original plan was to get to Huntington Beach after the airport and head straight to Whole Foods there and get dinner, but the delays scratched that idea.

So while sitting in the airport, I assessed my options. They were not good. However, I found a Middle Eastern Deli named Amoura at the San Francisco Airport.

Pita, Falafel, hummus and tabbouli.  They even warmed up my falafel and pita.  It was excellent.
