Vegan One Pot Dish for the Rice Cooker

I like appliances  – but only if they have multiple uses.  Adore my rice cooker and this recipe just gives me one more reason to like it.  Everything in one pot and you don’t have to worry about it boiling over or getting burnt.  The rice cooker does all the work.

This would be a great potluck dish to bring and guess what? Most people wouldn’t even guess it was vegan.

If you don’t plan to use it immediately, you can store it in the
refrigerator in a tightly sealed container for several days.
Make sure to have a large variety on hand such
as kidney, pintos, black beans, lentils, split peas green and yellow,
garbanzo, and aduki. There’s no doubt about it – coffee is the number one drink of choice for americans.

  2. You caan say good-bye to burnt rice and ruined pots or
having to. The wok should be heated until it is actually
smoking before the oil is added. A rice cooker is a piece of cookware that can greatly
enhance the quality of tthe rice you prepare for your meals.
